I bought something out of my own coin shop today

Got a bunch of early proof sets in yesterday including a stunning 1952. That's my birth year so I bought it and paid retail price. The coins are going off to PCGS to be graded.

Cool! Pre 1956 proof sets with real nice coins are pretty scarce

All these early proof sets that I bought looked like the day they were struck. Part of it might be the location of where we (and the coins) are. St George, UT is pretty warm and VERY low humidity. Like we say here, "It might be 115 degrees, but it's a dry heat".
