Asking for 1921 P Mercury Dime PCGS MS63FB Pricing.

I have an opportunity to purchase a 1921 MS36FB Certified. The dime is white without any issues (other than being white). I feel the seller is way high, but these coins seem tough to find in this grade (at least they don't seem to come around that often. I am asking for a bit of help here. The magazines and Internet price guides all say between $1600 and $1900. What does the gray sheet say? In your opinion should there be a premium for a 63FB?
Thanks in advance for you help.
