Here's a grade you don't see every day

Just got the grade on my free CC submission for the second quarter. I submitted this nickel about a year ago with some other nice full-steppers and it came back AU58. Thinking it had just paled in comparison to the other coins on that submission, I cracked it and sent it back for another look on PCGS' dime:

Hey, at least I got the designation upgrade.
Points to PCGS for consistency - they nailed it with the AU58 twice while I still can't see why the coin is anything less than a MS64.
