2001-P nickel extra marking over building on reverse need Help

Could anyone give me any info on what this marking may be over the building? I know I need to get a digital camera and start posting clearer photos. Sorry! Thanks for any help, if possible with this lousy photo.

It is damage. Have you already purchased a magnifying glass?

Looks post-mint. From a coin counter or interaction with some other object.

Can you tell if the marking is raised?

That is a mark left by a rolling machine. Its worth face value.

No, no. It may be worth a lot of money if that is the outline of the Sun rising over the building. This is a coin made at Sunrise.
Just kidding but I do like that look. Possibly the Mint should have done that. It would have made the reverse a better thing to look at.
