CU dividend...
Strange comment in the press release announcing the CU dividend of 8 cents a quarter:
"The board and management's intention in initiating this dividend program is to reward our stockholders for their loyalty."
I've never considered the possibility that investors hold shares because they are loyal to their companies. Except employees and directors, I suppose.

The translation is they are trying to reduce the volatility of the stock by introducing a dividend.
