how do you sign up for a second ebay ID

Hello,
I was wondering how you sign up for a second ebay Account. I tried to register again, but it said that i was already registered.

    You need a different email account. I use Yahoo for my buying id.

    once you have a second id and email account, do you need a separate pay pal account for it or can you hook them both up to 1? have been thinking about starting a new buyer account so i don't have to be so freakin' nice to people who rip me off all the time....

    You can use the same Paypal account. I have 3 Ebay IDs on my Paypal account, 2 of mine and 1 for the wife.
