Grading Toned Morgan Question - NGC or PCGS?

These are raw and I'd like to get them slabbed. Trying to decide between NGC and PCGS. My intent would be to hang on to them as long as possible, but eventually sell.
It seems PCGS is rated at the top, but NGC offers a "*" designation. Not sure these two coins have a chance at an NGC "*". Opinions?
Does the "*" demand a higher premium than a PCGS holdered coin?
There are only two coins. I was playing with the camera settings.
The 80-S is blue on the obverse with a white frosty Lady Liberty.
The 79-S has a crescent rainbow on the obverse.

That being said, ou're safe going with either PCGS or NGC.
I'd send them to PCGS.
