    It is an 1866-H Italian 10-Centesimi struck over an 1862-H British Penny. As both coins were Heaton Mint products, I expect that the piece is really a die trial or set-up piece. NGC called it an error and graded it MS61BN.

    Needless to say, I am in LOVE!
