Question about blocked bidders on an ebay coin auction

I received this email and I don't have an answer. I have blocked bidders outside the US, negative feedback bidders, and those with non-paying bidder claims. This guy was from FL and won only one aucion.
This was his question:
HELLO DAVID:
DO YOU KNOW WHY I WAS BLOCKED FROM ANY MORE OF THE AUCTIONS? I TRIED TO BID ON ALL THE REST AND MY BIDS WERE VERY HIGH ABOVE THE WINNERS.

Thats what I did but no response yet. Hate to lose bids that way. Oh well.
