Have you checked local coin shops/hobby stores? For 2x2's I buy those and the pages at the coin shop near my parent's home. 100 2x2's for $2.50 and the pages are like $0.25-$0.40 (can't remember exactly) each.

I second JP's Corner if you can't find stuff cheap in your area.
