What kind of camera.....what kind of lighting? If you're using a flash it may be difficult to not get the brightness. if you use house (type) lighting, you need a very steady hand or some type of stand. Color is very neutral, is that an RGB image or grayscale?
Looks like your getting the program running well. Try and keep the brightness under 30 especially on those high lustre coins and also watch the level on the contrast in the editing adjustment. Your Cropping needs a little more uniformity on both obverse and reverse. It looks like you could pull your reverse out more on the panorama when aligning. I still have trouble sometimes in that mode doen't always want to go all the way out keep trying until it is all the way out. Nice photo keep experimenting. Signing off Night All.
Enjoying time at home with the family now is my full time passion.
Im not sure what RBG or greyscale is. Im totally new at this ball game. But Im am like a sponge with any knowledge that anyone has to offer. I just try to get the picture a little less fuzzy with the image adjustmant in my image zone. I use a new toy I bought today for my christimas gift. It is a HP photosmart M415. Thanks for the + feedback. I will continue to work at it.

Looks very much like the pic has been reverted to greyscale
Quick, Ma, the sunglasses
Try smoe indirect lighting on the blast white coins. You can move the source away from the coin a little.
Or shut off the flash...
