Take a look at these professionally cleaned coins especially on page 3 of the link.

WOW,some of those look really great !!!!
OK, NOW LOOK AT PAGE 3 ON THE LINK AND LOOK AT THE 10 AND 20.00 GOLD AT THE BOTTOM...THE FACES ON THE COINS SEEM TO BE "SMILING" IN THE "AFTER" PICTURE...I MEAN THIER MOUTHS ARE EVEN TURNED UPWARD IN A SMILING POSITION.
MAYBE THEY ARE JUST HAPPY THEY WERE CONSERVED !
TOO FUNNY..IS IT JUST ME? CAN ANYONE ELSE SEE IT ? I SWEAR I HAVENT HAD A DRINK TONIGHT..........
smiling coins !

it's not a cure-all but it can certaianly help many, many problem coins.
<< <i>Several of them look worse in my opinion, including the Half Dime. Very interesting how they got that thumb print off the Walker though... >>
I was thinking the same about that walker.
It may be wise to rethink passing on a coin with a print, if it can be removed.
