Mexican Peso 1898 made in San Francisco in 1949

The US San Francisco mint in 1949 restruck 2,000,000 Mexico pesos dated 1898 for China.
The originals have 138 or 139 beads on the reverse and the restrikes have 131 beads.

I have been looking for Mexico 1898 pesos on Ebay and found a few for sale.

I found one which claims to be a reverse 139-bead original, however,
I counted the beads and came up with 131, which means a restrike.
I am not giving the item number here.
Here is a picture of the coin reverse with counting lines inserted.

Should I inform the seller?

Personally, I think it would be in good tastes to inform the seller.

This topic has been brought up before; there was a good thread on how to distinguish the originals from the restrikes, but the thread might have been archived already.

Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I thought the eagle was always considered the obverse on Mexican coinage?? Did you count the beads on the other side, just in case??

This topic has appeared before and I was one of the posters.
However, the Ebay listing is new.
Is there an "official" definition of obverse and reverse anywhere?

The other thread must be somewhere, and there was another criterion to distinguish the originals from the restrucks.
I think it was the position of the little "o" between "M" and the date, if I recall correctly.
