Will this go CAM? (100K image)

Currently in an NGC Prf-67 holder. Wondering if the group thinks will go CAM, and if not, what makes it miss?

I think the obverse is all there, but the reverse is too weak to get the designation. But what do I know about Frankies? (rhetorical question.....everyone knows the answer is "nothing")

I'd say the Obverse is Cam if not deep, but the reverse doesn't have enough frost on the bell to go Cam

Thanks for the group's responses. I was leaning towards "not quite Cameo", but this little evil guy on my shoulder kept telling me "its a Cam! it's a CAM!"

Misses on the right reverse. Maybe if it were a 58 or 59 it'd be enough, but not for a 56.

If the image is accurate the top right part of the reverse does not show enough cameo for the designation.
