My Bank of America Credit card got scammed when Fleet converted to B of A.

It was a disaster during the 6 day conversion.

This is old news, and has been talked to death on the credit forums as much as the AT/NT debates here. Collection agencies and their owners are about the lowest form of life, and will break any law to collect. Some of these collectors were actually JDBs (junk debt buyers) who buy out of statute paper and attempt to collect on it illegally.

That's interesting..... I happen to deal with 2 of them(Wachovia has the title to my vette & Bank of America the title to my house). Maybe someone will pay them off for me.
