Over the last week, I have received over four thousand pages of public records regarding my favorite grading service. Here is another interesting case, and it is still going on with a trial date in May.

I'm prepared for the flames ... having a legal degree is overrated. If you are reasonably intelligent/articulate, can write well and know how to research, you can prevail. I have won two fairly significant cases pro se, one as plaintiff and one as defendant.

Wouldn't I love being on that jury; I'd tell them to keep the $9/day fee. The entertainment value alone of A.H.'s testimony would have the place in stitches, especially when he described his business ethics

My hat is definitely off to Mr. Daly- I hope he slams em in court- and eric- if he does win his case- you will be able to use it as a prima facie evidence in your battle with the ACCUGRADE idiots. Opps I called accugrade an idiot- now I'll be sued- cool I have not been in a court room in 17 years- I thinks I can still do a trial.....come on Mr. Hager see what a dog can do to you......

There are a lot of jail house lawyers out there, I was one myself in the Air Force. I was an expert on the ins and outs of the UCMJ and had quite a following seeking my advise.

Ahh GAT- I'm not a jail house lawyer. I did go to law school and am degreed- but I prefer not to be a snake/lizard. Just enjoyed the education on the governments ticket so to speak. I did 2 trials in cali many moons ago and won both cases(Civil) so I think I could handle a slap from a clown outfit like ACC-AH-accugrade or whatever alias they want this week.
