When to register??

image I now have 16 Indian Cents or roughly 30% needed for the basic set. Should I wait until June to Register them to see if might qualify for a new set award (it will be bigger by then), or register them now. Does it make a difference as far as the Registry is concerned? I believe you have to have 51% to qualify for the new set or am I just dreaming going against the big guys with their huge sets. Should I wait until I have 60-65%? of the collection. All of my coins are either 65, 65RD, 66RD and one 66RB. What do you guys think?
