    Nice looking, but the dark areas around the ships sails don't get it for me. Could be a problem

    Very cool!! I guess the dark areas that look like bunches of grapes are the unusual punches he describes.

    So what's with the grapes?

    And were these overstruck on other coins or tokens? That stuff going on on the reverse almost looks like a trace of an overstruck host coin. That, or a weirdly laminated planchet? Doesn't look like die breakage to me.
