This one stayed up at the store for a long time before 3 hint photographs finally turned up a winner. I bet it doesn't last long here

especially with a gem toned buffalo as the prize

The picture looks like it is focused on somthing realy close...

Looks like some kind of paper... Stamped up dollar bill? Wallpaper? Or maybe it's a driveway with that "freckel" stuff on it.

A hint would be super helpful.

And the Little Greenish thing in the upper right quadrant, could be a little seaturtle, unless that's just a something on the thing... but when you cross your eyes and get close, like a MagicEye picture, it looks like seaweed/grass/kelp...
