Hibernia help.

It is a little smaller than a U.S. silver dollar.
The date looks like 1805 (not sure). I know in this condition it's not worth anything, but can anyone tell me who's the guy on it.
I also have a 1781 (a little smaller than a U.S. half dollar) but it looks like a different guy on it.

    1805 1 penny, King George III on the coin.

    George used a different portrait on earlier coins, like the 1781.
