Problem with haze

Hi all,
I bought a dual sided monster toned (and I do not use the word monster lightly) morgan about a year ago and now its developed haze in front of the portrait on the obverse. Is there anything that can be done to remove it? i.e. will conserving it do the job? Thanks for any help. Its an 1883 0 in a pcgs65 holder. The colors are neon and virtually glow in the dark.

Yes, haze can be removed without hurting the toning. I've done it with acetone. But, on a true monster, I wouldn't attempt it myself but would send it off to NCS instead.
