Looking for info or Bv for a 99/00 Kobe Bryant insert

It is packed in my show stock so I can't scan it tonight, but was a throw in on a trade. I looked all through Beckett Plus but can not find info on this set at all. It is from 99/00 Hoops and is #BC9 of a 10 card set, sequentially #'d /250. Anyone know what this card is and the value of it?

The only Hoops card #'d/250 I see made even close to then is 98/99 Hoops Bams, which is numbered 2 in the set, BV $150. I'd say get a scan up
