Well, i searched for the thread to provide a link but couldn't find it. Maybe someone else can, but no matter.........

I had made a comparison on a thread regarding the identification of some modern rarities. I looked at the 1938-D Walking Liberty half and the 1983-D Jefferson nickel and after some babbling, said that i had never been able to even locate one at a show, dealer site or auction in a PCGS holder and graded MS66FS.

Last night I was browsing at eBay and low-and-behold I stumbled across this and almost fell off my seat!!!!!

Ask, and Ye shall receive. Now, if only i can get ol' what's his name to dissappear at the close!!

..........that would be the high bidder, stockford. he's beaten me at the wire more than a few times. not a big deal though, the price will probably rise past what i'm willing to pay and the pop on this date has gone from 5 to 9 since January in MS66FS.
