  • Color these spots coffee and cream color, and you have the exact same thing I found on my 1999 PCGS ms69 ASE I was talking about in an earlier thread yesterday. It's like someone sneezed on it before they put it in the slab.

    Had I seen pictures like this one, I would never have purchased that coin. At least this seller posted a picture where the spots show up, and the buyer knows.

    Sorry. The scan could be bad and the coin may not look as bad in person as it looks there. No one knows.

    Looks like it grew spots after it was holdered. It should be resubmitted.
