How not to sell your raw coins on e-bay

If i bought this coin, sent it in for grading and it didn't come back a 70 he would have to return my money or give me a real PF-70 right?

    I eMailed the seller about his grade of 70 on this coin. He replied very quickly and very politely that if I bought it and wasn't happy, he would refund the money. Of course it's not a PR70, more likely 67 to 68, but he is willing to stand behind what he sells.

    Probably depends who what grading service grades it.

    I bought a 90-S Lincoln from this guy. It came back 69DCAM. He has a bunch of them, so maybe I just got lucky?
