The Rare & elusive PCGS 2

One of the toughest in the PCGS Sample series. I've only seen 2 in the last several years. Conder101 owns the other one. I paid a record breaking $11.06 and outbid 4 other bidders who clearly had no idea what they were bidding on. 

Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

I have about 5 in my collection, but only one from that PCGS generation holder.
