High priced Modern Silver proof sets

I did not know until I listed my sets that they were reaping in the cash. I saw thing one a few minutes ago and cannot believe they are going for that much.

Amazes me too, especially since you could assemble the set slabbed for less which would seem to imply people are assigning value to the original packaging. I've never been much of a box collector, myself... but whatever floats yer boat.
