Can anyone tell me that which one is scarcer, 1875 I/I or 1875 I/II?
Is there any price difference between the two types, says 1875 MS63 grade?

The 1875 is just flat out scarce in all grades - by far the rarest P mint trade dollar. There is no real price difference between the two types currently - mainly because so few collect the various types. The I/II is by far the more common of the two, tho.

Yea, verily. I think there are most I/I's in proof than in mint state.
