Pixels and Micro/Macro

Okay, you guys convinced me.If I'm going to sell anything on eBay.I should use photos.Accordingly. I just returned from CompUSA where I saw a great Kodak CX4200.2 MP camera for a good price ($149.)
Now, I like the camera but I'm confused on the Micrp/Macro thing.
Which do I use for close ups, Micro or Macro? What do I need?

Thanks for your patience!!!!

macro usually refers to closeup shots of little things.
confusingly, microphotography means the same thing, except more so..
don't know what your micro setting means, but macro should give you clear shots of your coins.
