Has a small nick on the right lower bell line,would this disqualify a FBL desig.?.thanks Al

I have to say that red x interrupts the Bell Lines enough to where it won't get the designation, but its a close call....

I imagine it depends on, how small the nick is, how much it interrupts the line, AND most importantly, whose standard do you want to use.
Frankly, I am disappointed to know unequivocally that a PCGS FBL designation may be 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 complete uninterrupted lines.
