when posting on the Q&A forum does it take a little time to show up?

I posted a message and it has not shown up even after 3-4 minutes. do they screen the messages? I even tried backing up and resending the message and it said I could not send a message twice.

Yes, the messages are screened, so it takes while for them to show up - some don't show up at all, ever.
