I am new to this how does one member go about sending another member a PM.

On the top right of your screen, there will be a bar thats says "customize | profile | search | chat | today | help | home | logout". Click "profile." Then there should be something that says "Allow private messeges." Click the "yes" oval. Now you can send and receive PMs. To view PMs, click the link on the top left of the screen that says "X new message(s)." To send another member a PM, click the lock icon next to to the lightbulb (and sunglasses) in their post.

I would also like to say welcome to the forums. I hope you enjoy yourself here, althought it has been a bit hostile lately.

You can also send a message by clicking on the ___ new messages below the CU logo and typing a member's ID- that way you can PM without finding a post.

Did someone say a """" bit hostile"""""" I woke up this AM feeling like somebody had beat the tar out of me. First thing I thought of was the weekend threads about.................. Then I realized that I was sore from shoveling a lot of 32 inch deep snow... WHEW!!!!
