Snazzy bullion coin!! The fool!! just a matter of seconds till an astute buyer sees the glaring difference betweent the BIN and its true market value and pulls the trigger. Ten, nine, eight.....
It's a rare variety - eagle in the possum position. Do people really fall for this stuff??
"My friends who see my collection sometimes ask what something costs. I tell them and they are in awe at my stupidity." (Baccaruda, 12/03).I find it hard to believe that he (Trump) rushed to some hotel to meet girls of loose morals, although ours are undoubtedly the best in the world. (Putin 1/17) Gone but not forgotten. IGWT, Speedy, Bear, BigE, HokieFore, John Burns, Russ, TahoeDale, Dahlonega, Astrorat, Stewart Blay, Oldhoopster, Broadstruck, Ricko, Big Moose.
Here is an email I sent the seller of the auction. Do not know if he/she will reply, but I just thought I would inquire about the shipping charges. The coin is a very nice bullion peice though.
Richard.
Please tell me you made an error in your shipping charges and insurance?? For $1.80, you can ship that coin first class and insured for $50.00 value.
I think eBay has a policy about charging VERY HIGH shipping charges as you are doing. You might want to check it out.
riraceway looks like one of those sellers who are true assets to ebay
I glanced through his feedback and his buying/selling history and two things stood out. First, he is using the id morganmotors1 to shill most of his auctions (he isn't even subtle about it). Second, he apparently bought a Harley Davidson calendar, copied the pictures, and then sold the copies as originals.
The good news is that he spends most of his time hawking cheap watches instead of coins.
Edited to add: if you think the shipping was bad on the silver round, check out his auction for 5 Silver Eagles. Winning Bid: $31.00. Shipping with insurance: $27.41.

Not a bad looking round though. I'd email him but I don't want to burst his bubble.

Maybe for $14.55 shipping, he rides his bicycle over to your house to deliver it?
