WOW some people were way off on this one i wonder is that because of bad pics or does PCI undergrade nickels that much?

I was guessing Unc.

Can't really tell lustre from the picture but it looked like it had lustre. Didn't figure an EF would be in a slab either! Figured weak strike MS.

stujoe it does have luster probably about 65% of the surface still has lots of luster left.
