I have two thoughts. First is whether we can trust the seller. He has 9 neutrals and/or negatives out of 345, or 2.6%. That isn't good. The second is that, to me (and the composition of 1943 cents is nowhere near my forte), the picture looks like a steel cent with some rust on it. Just my uneducated opinion.

Looks stained to me! I have several of these that have a variety of color changes. This one appears to be headed to that ugly stage of black! Unless it is checked and graded, wouldn't touch it!!!!
