Is Dropping A Nuke on Iraq considered Artifical Toning?

If we turn Iraq's sand to glass and their people to a crispy black color, is that considered 'natural' or 'artifically' toning the whole country?

I am against Iraq as much as the next person, and I fully support our President and our Troops, May God keep them safe. However, many of those people you want to turn black are victims themselves of a evil regime. They probably have to hate us or they would be killed.

Outside the holder the coin is fine. Outside the Country I'm sure most of these citizens are fine*.
*Well, at least the ones that aren't constantly burning our flag and shouting rants in praise of dead Americans.

I too am concerned about innocent women and children, but I've choosen to be more concerned with the ones living here, in our Country.

We at least have the inspectors back and bneed to proceed with all due diligence to eliminate Sadaam.
However, I believe you are vaporized or suffer radiation poisoning which usually produces various shades of red and not crispy black.
