New York market closed, but international markets have dropped to $346 bid and $347 ask!
New York market opens tomorrow and just hold tight!

I'm not a gold guy but have been following it in recent times. I had a feeling on Friday that we might see a drop in price when the market opens after the weekend.

Its probably going to have to bounce off of 300 again...but if it slipped under 300 it would be attrocious...Say hello to 250...

But on the plus side if Bush doesn't back off the EU the anti-American sentiment might just be enough to send gold up to 400 per.

I hope it does go back to $250! I'll take a loss on 1 gold coin (1908 NM $20) but I don't care. I wanted the coin. But say hello to selling some morgans and buying some gold coins!

The recent rise in gold prices show its value as a hedge.

if it goes back to 250 or 275, I am a buyer again, I think.
