what are the coins in pf/ms6869 pcgs/ngc pre civil war?

i think that mintstate coins graded by pcgs/ngc are most probsbly rarer?
in ms 68 and higher pre civil war than proof coins of the same 68 69 grades?
would someone know and post/list the pops specific coins here of
all the pre civil war pre 1861 ms/pf 68 69 pcgs/ngc coins? i am guessing that there are none graded ms/pf70 pre civil war............and if ngc coins how many are proof/ms 68 69 and with the star designation?
it would be interesting to see the results!
