    Nice original coin FrattLaw, the air flow must have been very restrictive to create such tight bands. Nice luster and surfaces too. Wish I could capture coins like that on my scanner image I'm going to have to get a camera... eventually.

    To borrow someone else's description it has an oil on water quality to it. Very translucent, almost like the color dances on the surface of the coin. If I had to guess, I would say its end roll toning, but I could be wrong. Nice pastel yellows with a band of blue/green/purple around the rim from 10-7 o'clock and 2-5 o'clock.

    Back to the hunt -- I still need 10 more to complete the set.
