A 1923D peace pictures inside TONED YES I SAID TONED

Frattlaw asked me about this coin I talked about. Its a 1923D peace I picked up about 5 or 6 months ago. The only reason I got it was because it had the niceist lightly toned I had seen. There is a bouus that came with this coin it has a great die crack the runs almost parallal to the rim on the obverse.
The tone colors are very light. They are a very nice peachy reddish. there is some yellow green between the 3 to 8 o'clock on the obv of this coin. with some very minor hints of blue. On the reverse. the colors are very much the same peachy reddish. there is still a lot of the mint luster in the letters at the top of the coin on the rev.
This over all is a nice struck coin with decient detail.
tell me what you think. I know the tone probally wont show up that well because it is so light. but believe me when held in hand it amazes.

Looks like a nice circulated toned piece. I tried to hunt down any toned Peace dollars that might've been at the show this weekend - but there were only a few and they flew before I got notice of it - oh well - gotta keep up the hunt!
Good going By!

It's hard to tell the colors from the pic, but it does look natural and quite nice for a circulated example, probably VF-XF. I have a 23-S that's been cleaned and whitman album toned, with blues, greens, russet and purple on the reverse. Unfortunately, this coin is also a VF-XF or it'd be worth some $$$.
Frank -- good luck finding them -- are you looking for circulated, BU or MS examples?
