    Yes, I think it is, but I still like the coin alot.

    There are multiple fingerprints on the obverse and reverse.

  • I've seen some pretty wild Carver commems in my day. From the scan provided, I think this is probably a very nice one. But... I wouldn't go his opening bid. Maybe I would seeing it in person, but not from the scan. If it were a D mintmark or a 53 or 54 P, I would, but there are many, many interesting, attractively toned 52 P Carvers out there. I will watch the auction with interest, though.
