Unfortunately Mr. Bourne has retired from the numismatic literature business...You can always check Bowers and Merenafor books.
Also, Stanton Bookscarries quite a few different selections. Just a suggestion.

I highly recommend Stanton Books for your numismatic literature needs. The books I have purchased arrived in under two weeks, and this is to an overseas address. I believe the book you are looking for is the Comprehensive Catalog and Encyclopaedia of Morgan & Peace Dollars.
