Your pic shows the date pretty well but from what I recall your can hardly tell the date.
Its super lime green man.Never saw anything like it before.
Wonder how it got that color.

Cointoast, 22 years from now coin collecting may not exist! The world might have blown up! It doesnt make sense to worry about someone getting ripped of by your one AT coin, 2 and a half decades from now.

The scan shows some red and blue but in person its very lime green.
I never knew silver could tone this color.Its almost a flourescent yellow / green .
It must be a chemistry set creation ..or accident.

Eye-appeal? Well.sorta yes.In a way since its such a standout.
Maybe its from the Timothy Leary collection?
