Lincoln people what will it grade(will it)

It has all the diagnostics for a matte proof. But will it get bagged for the defect on the reverse? The color is better in person. I don't belive it has ever been cleaned.

I am not an expert on early matte lincolns, hopefully some other board members wil jump in an comment.
But,
This coin looks like it has been worked on and re-colored? Surfaces are not typical of the slabbed matte's I have seen?
(unless its the photo)
