1994 Lincoln- die crack or extra collumn?

What does anyone think?

  • Hello!
It looks very much like a die crack. A very interesting find!

  • I don't know much about Lincolns, other than when I find an old wheat cent and excitedly give it to my 7 year old as an introduction to the wonderful world of coin collecting, he usually ends up shoving it into the VCR or doing something else not recommended by the ANA with it.

Whatever that line is on your coin, its substantially more prominent than the overdate on the 1914/3-S nickel Adrian posted the other day, and that coin is recognized as an error by lots of people with thick wallets.

Too bad the crack wasn't over one more section to the left, you could sell it as the pi$$ing lincoln for $200K.

Sorry, I got off on a tangent.
  • Wheats in the VCR? Could result in AT!!!!
