Ethics Time: Would you expose a "friend" who was ATing coins?

I recently discovered that a "friend" of mine, whom I will call "Pedro" has been dabbling in the art of ATing coins. In fact, he has become so good at it, that his work has been getting by some of the lesser grading services. Being the hobby purist that I am, this has caused somewhat of an ethical dilema for me. Even though he has not been selling these coins on eBay yet (something to do with needing a credit card,) I realize it is only a matter of time before his handiwork hits the marketplace.
So how would you handle this? Would you expose "Pedro" for what he is: a Coin Doctor? Or would you look the other way, in hopes of saving his current reputation from the numismatic community? Please help me decide.
The following pictures are of "Pedro" and his work.
