Mintage 1655

Hello, I have a question about Jefferson Nickels. I thought you forum members would be the most knowledgeable. I have a proof Jefferson Nickel that is a cam on both sides. It is a 1971 No S variety. It has grown a very small spot on the cheek in the US mint holder. It is very light but noticeable. Can this be dipped off without ruining the coin in your opinion? Should I get it graded?
Thanks in Advance.

rinsing them in acetone or isopropyl alcohol to stabilize them. This would
not remove the spot in all likelyhood. NCS may be your best bet.
