Depends on what you are calling T1 & T2. There are mint state Franklins with T1 & T2 reverses, where one of them was struck with the regular die and the other was struck with a proof die.
Franklin proofs were struck with a type I and a type II in 1956. In 1957-59, the mint reportedly used some proof dies to strike regular issues, those issues struck with the proof dies were designated as type II business strikes. There's also a type III, which is somewhere between the type I and type II in definition of the eagle's wings. Since the differences are so minor, there have been very few collectors who have specialized to this extent.
I was wondering because I was going thru some of my sets and the 1962's eagle looked as though it had NO real definition.It also has 4 feathers to the right and left of the perch.
