I cannot make out the bottom bell lines, it may just be the pic as these can be very hard to capture, I'm seeing some hits in Frankies head and some on the bell..... I'm gonna go with a ms65, if this went a six then someone got a nice grade on this one. The lack of detail is due to the wearing of the master dies....

I'll guess a 66fbl, and that the luster is better than the image shows.

well, a 6 wouldn't be a shocker....the niks are exaggerated in the photo i'm sure.....

MS65FBL or above, it is hard to tell if FBL and a 66, without seeing the coin.

I can see that. I was being bold. Strike is a lil weak, but I've got 66's with weaker strikes. looks a little lack luster, but took that as the image. Thats whats so crazy about the services.
