    GAI will as well... and PSA seems to change their policy every other week.. so wouldnt hurt to send them an email.... SGC who is more reputable than GAI usually will grade just about anything... GAI seems to be doing good lately and lots of the big dealers are going exclusively to them.. most of their staff broke off from PSA so their is some instant credibility there and they dont charge much since they are so new and trying to increase their market share...
